Visiting Easter Road is like stepping into a parallel universe where the football is just about English League One standard, but the atmosphere is Champions League final. The Hibs faithful belt out songs with the kind of gusto usually reserved for karaoke after three pints of Tennents. You don’t just hear them—you feel them vibrating through the concrete. Then there’s the ultras section: a small but mighty band of teenagers armed with flags and a megaphone. Imagine a school assembly where someone smuggled in pyrotechnics and a drum kit. They scream, chant, and wave banners like they’re auditioning for a Netflix documentary on fan culture. It’s chaotic, it’s endearing, and occasionally you wonder if the megaphone is louder than the football itself.
