Great Ground. Nice fans (mostly)
Well we arrived for this 3 o'clock kick off around half one. We parked up on a housing estate opposite the ground. Very easy to park and got chatting to a Boston fan about as confident as I was. We headed to the ground. All the fans in the bar were superb. Had a great chat with them. They were welcoming and just in general decent people. Inside the ground. Great view of the entire pitch. Nice and close to the action, also close to the home fans. This made for some banter between us. The food in the ground. Well for me one of the best I've ever had. Burger. Very nice and the chips with curry sauce were just amazing. Staff were lovely as which made it a wonderful experience. Be sure you eat inside the ground! The game for me was generally poor. Referee was awful. National League refs are typically terrible. Boston missed a penalty that literally was an awful decision. We were actually laughing. Anyhow it was saved well. Match finished one all. Boston deserved a win. Easy getaway!

Boston in Wyberton
Boston's new(ish) ground, about 2 miles south if Boston in nearby Wyberton, is a smart set-up. Good views from the main stand. Standing behind one goal for home fans. Away fans accommodated in the far corner. The other end is still a work in progress is currently just an empty wasteland venue for wayward shots. Some genuinely quirky floodlights.
