Amazing
Amazing stadium always generating a great atmosphere, on top of brilliant football always being played in this ground, a classic ground just love it.

Poor ground
No atmosphere, and you're too far from the pitch. I know they'll be glad to have a home, but this is not a good football ground.

Pens, pens, pens
A couple of thousand in attendance for a closely fought pre season game. Arsenal u23's took on Chelmsford City. The non league team were supremely fit and used their experience to good effect, deservedly taking the lead through a penalty. They then missed a second and Arsenal scored two of their own. Pitch lies in the centre of a running track so is a way off for viewers in the two stands on either side. Small terraced areas exist behind each goal offering close up views of the action. Lots of parking nearby and a great set-up. Effectivecstewading msjnly seemed to be having to deal with youngsters vaping.

Fa cup first round
Sold out tie 3015. Chelmsford missed a sitter at far post to equalise. Ground too far from railway station to be accessible. They have done good work at both ends of the ground with little stands. Probably need to I’ve ground but definitely doing the best they can with what they have!

Average stadium
Even though I am a City fan I will happily admit that this is a bang average ground that could easily be home to a team 1 or 2 divisions lower. It has 1 good stand with a lot of seats, whilst the opposite stand has a few seats. One end has a tin stand that is good to bang for atmosphere whilst the other end is totally open. Facilities are satisfactory but the stadium as a whole could do with an update, especially if we want to try and make it into the National League.
