Proper Ground
We parked in a local car park around an hour and a half before the game. Lots of spaces. 80p an hour. Only a 5 minute walk to the ground. Spoke to some lovely local fans in and around the ground. Added a new shirt to the collection for a tenner. Blinding deal. Club shop is tiny. 6 people in their at a time. Very quaint. Decent views around the ground a half defeat atmosphere. The 800+ Charlton fans sang all game. They were brilliant. The ground is very tight in the gangway but still seemed to have a lot of room. Leg room was OK at best but helped with how cold it was. The grounds old disused stand is starting to be rebuilt so hopefully that will give them back their 4 stands again. Overall it was a lovely ground to go to. I would happily go back to this ground. Great game, great fans, great ground!! Bit of traffic after the game. Took about 15 mins to get away.

A decent little ground with a good atmosphere. Food and drink excellent and a very reasonable price

Average League 2
One stand looks like it's not been attended to since 1934 but the rest are neat. Decent fans because of how shit the football was.

Needs one better stand
Ground hopping in East Midlands and I thought this ground was really good for the level at the time in League 2 and all the stands look good as got a decent look through a gate but they need to improve one stand it looks like nothing is there. Club shop is tiny. But other than those 2 things it’s a very good ground and better than most League 2 clubs. Won’t compare well with grounds in League 1 such as Bolton and Charlton and the other big boys in that League

What a shithole. Unbiased opinion, I’ve done 50 grounds in the EFL and this was the worst so far. Football wasn’t much better! Only do it when you have to 😂. One positive - £3 for a cider.
