Worst burger, best wildlife
Visited for a friendly. Stands showing their age and facilities minimal, and as per title, the food was awful, but staff were lovely. While waiting for the match to start we had swallows, pied wagtails, large white butterflies and bumblebees on the pitch.

Boatman recovers balls from river
This traditional ground close to town centre was often prone to flooding from the Severn boatmen recovered riverbound balls at every game Shrewsbury is a lovely town to visit worth an overnight stay you won't regret it
